  • Our education facility is characterised by the
  • experience, commitment and social competence of our team. We see flexibility and responsibility as our key strengths. The company structure is designed in such a way that we are able to meet the shifting challenges of the labour market with the required speed.

  • Our intercultural background is also shown by
  • the fact that at the BWK team members of German and non-German origin work hand in hand for a successful integration of our participants into education, training and / or jobs.

  • Together with our European partners for example
  • from Belgium, Malta, the Netherlands, UK, Italy and Turkey we take part in international projects that meet the overall goals of the European Union (Leonardo da Vinci, Sokrates, Equal, Xenos and others).

  • In the interest of a holistic integration approach, in our courses we place a high importance on a balanced proportion between the various ethnic population groups.
